Perception of justice: group identity and similarity

Abstract

The primary goal of the study was to show a relation between two significant phenomena of social psychology such as perception of justice and social identity. Particularly, it was demonstrated how low versus high identification with females' gender group has an impact on perceptions of distributive and procedural justice.
