Abstract: The Diabetes 2 type is one of the leading diseases, carrying away many lives of laborable population. It occurs in connection with development of cardiovascular complications owing to late diagnostics and inefficient treatment. The urgency of the given research is caused by absence of monitoring of health condition of the country’s population and insufficient state financing of treatment of patients with diabetes, and as a consequence, progressing threat of reduction of ablebodied population. Thereupon, the process of reforming the sector of Public Health of the Kyrgyz Republic should include programming of early diagnostics and preventive maintenance of cardiovascular complications at Diabetes 2 through development of screening system as a leading element of the monitoring system of efficiency of public health services development.
