Abstract: This course introduces the students with one of the four traditional fields of Anthropology - Linguistic Anthropology- as “the study of language as a cultural resource and speaking as a cultural practice”. The aim of this course is to understand the crucial role played by language in the constitution of the society and its cultural representations.
