Лоббизм в постсоветском Кыргызстане

Abstract

This article analyzes the issue of lack of lobbyism formalization in Kyrgyzstan, although many factors enabling its institutionalization are present and practically it already exists. Various theoretical approaches for studying lobbyism are discussed in the article, and examples from international experience of formal regulation of lobbyism are presented. Besides, the article studies functioning of interest groups in Kyrgyzstan and discusses factors that could enable formalization of lobbyism as well as reasons why it does not happen.
